Dr. Hurst earned his undergraduate degree at The University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. He went on to attend the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, where he graduated with distinction as the top student in his class.
Dr. Hurst completed his podiatric surgical residency at East Tennessee State University – Quillen College of Medicine in Mountain Home, Tennessee. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).

Dr. Kayli Hurst, originally from Savannah, TN, attended Hardin County High School before continuing her education at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. After her sophomore year, she was accepted into podiatry school. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, graduating in the top 10 of her class while also completing a Masters of Science in Anatomy.
Following her academic achievements, Dr. Hurst completed a three-year surgical residency at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, a level one trauma center, where she served as chief podiatry resident.
Now, Dr. Hurst is thrilled to practice in her hometown of Savannah, TN. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going out on Pickwick Lake, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols.
